How Information is Used
Justice and Hope USA uses your information to understand your needs as a partner, and to provide you with better service. Specifically, we use your information to help you complete a transaction, to communicate with you, and/or to update you on the work we do. We use the comments you offer to provide you with information requested, and we carefully consider each recommendation to help improve our communication and to serve our partners. Neither J&HUSA nor ThreeSixty (our donation services partner) keep any credit card or banking information on any of their systems. Transaction information is only processed through sub-contracted PCI compliant payment processing services. Therefore, transactions and confidentiality are strictly also governed by their own security, privacy and refund policies.
No Sharing of Personal Information
J&H USA will not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to other organizations. We assure you that the identity of all our givers will be kept confidential. Use of partner information will be limited to the internal purposes of J&H USA and only to further the activities and purposes of J&H USA.
